- All artworks will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery with the appropriate insurance for its value.
- Prints will be carefully packaged in postal tubes and posted within 14 days of purchase.
- You should receive an email with a delivery notification once sent. If you have not received one of these within two weeks please email [email protected]
- Your artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged. In the unfortunate event it arrives damaged, please email me straight away and save the original packaging. Take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging to include in your email in order that we can discuss the next steps.
- Each artwork description is correct to the best of my knowledge and measurements are to the closest cm.
- Please be aware that every care has been taken to provide accurate colour representation, but between photography and computer screens there may be slight discrepancies in colour.
- Treat any original artwork with care.
- Please frame with UV protective glass and never hang in direct sunlight.
- The copyright of each artwork remains with the artist; Susannah Garrod and may not be reproduced by anyone without the permission of the artist.
- Susannah Garrod, or companies on her behalf, reserves the right to produce and sell prints of each artwork in the future.
